made with love, from the clothes they wore
A bear to hug when you can’t hug them.
Every memory bear is sewn by hand from your loved one’s shirts, sweaters or favorite things. It’s a soft way to keep them near.
What is a memory bear?
It’s a teddy bear made from the clothing of someone who has died. A plaid shirt becomes a tummy, a sweater becomes soft arms, and a pocket or button stays just where it was.
Families keep them on a bed or in a favorite chair, and hold them on the hard days. Many become heirlooms.
